About the Artist
Maxwell Poth is a 27 year old photographer living in Los Angeles, California.
Maxwell started out as an Epidemiologist turned model. Working for a non-profit & signed with NIYA Model Management in Salt Lake City, Utah. Quickly he grew a passion to be on the other side of the lens.
Since his start Maxwell made his main focus to capture the strong emotions of his subjects.
Years later his work has organically grown into a mix of both passions. Now aiming to highlight stories, individuals and platforms that need to be heard and recognized.
Maxwell Poth's collection with The Queenly NFT (curated by John Newman) features a diverse collection of queer icons. 5% of net proceeds from sales of NFTs in this collection will benefit Project Contrast.

In this curated collection for The Queenly NFT, Poth highlights visible and pioneering queer subjects such as Ricky Martin, Isis King, Tan France, Harper Watters, and Kevin McHale, as well as multiple images of the male body. Highlights include “Skinny Dip 1” and “Skinny Dip 2,” which capture cheeky glimpses of two men rinsing in a Los Angeles pool, a flexible model posing on top of a simple bathtub in “In Line,” and celebration of kink with a corseted and caged model in “Anonymous.”
